Poor spelling and grammar aside, curaj.net has reported that "about 11-12... boys and girls" have been questioned regarding statements they posted on a variety of Moldovan websites. They are being accused of threatening the "statality and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova." Those boys and girls haven't yet been arrested, but their computers have probably been confiscated and investigated as per the order from the government. Their postings reportedly included such phrases as "Down with Communists", "Kill the Communists" and "Let's make a revolution!" Walking down a street in Chisinau can bring you face to face with comments like these tagged in spray paint. It's no different than posting it on the internet, only Moldtelecom can trace who wrote it. Graffiti is harder to trace.
While this proves that China doesn't have a monopoly on harassing bloggers, it doesn't explain the use of the word "statality". I've never heard it in either English or Romanian and the dictionaries I have for both languages don't include it, but I can take a fairly educated stab at its meaning. In Moldova threatening "statality" can be very very "dangerose".
